Therapy can indeed make us feel intimidated. This is because we feel as if it is shameful that we have issues we need to work on. It is never easy to admit that there is something wrong going on in our lives. However, there is nothing wrong with seeing a therapist. As a matter of fact, it is highly commendable when you see a therapist because it means that you are taking care of yourself. You want to be better, so you are doing something about it instead of sulking and complaining.
